These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of driving tuition services by Infinity Driving School (“the School”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking lessons with Infinity Driving School, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 All lessons are subject to instructor availability.
2.2 Lessons may be booked directly with Infinity Driving School or through an authorised instructor.
2.3 The School reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
3.1 Payment for lessons must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Payments may be made via bank transfer, debit card, credit card, cash, or any other payment method approved by the School.
3.3 Block booking packages must be paid in full before lessons commence.
3.5 Lesson prices are subject to change. Any increase will not affect lessons already paid for.
4.1 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
4.2 Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.
4.3 Failure to attend a lesson without notice (“no-show”) will result in the full lesson fee being forfeited.
4.4 Infinity Driving School reserves the right to waive cancellation charges in exceptional circumstances.
5.1 If your instructor is unable to attend a lesson, every effort will be made to rearrange the lesson at a mutually convenient time.
5.2 Infinity Driving School will not be liable for any costs, losses, or inconvenience arising from lesson cancellations beyond the value of the lesson booked.
6.1 Students are responsible for booking and paying for their own theory and practical driving tests unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 Use of the instructor’s vehicle for a practical driving test is subject to the instructor being satisfied that the student has reached a safe and test-ready standard.
6.3 If an instructor believes a student is not ready for test, Infinity Driving School reserves the right to refuse use of the tuition vehicle.
6.4 Test-day vehicle hire fees must be paid in advance.
Students must:
Hold a valid provisional or full driving licence as required by law.
Produce their licence upon request.
Inform their instructor of any medical condition, injury, medication, or circumstance that may affect their ability to drive safely.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear for driving.
Arrive on time for scheduled lessons.
8.1 Lessons may be terminated immediately if a student:
Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Behaves aggressively, abusively, or inappropriately.
Poses a risk to themselves, the instructor, or other road users.
8.2 No refund will be given for any lesson terminated due to student misconduct.
8.3 Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited in tuition vehicles.
9.1 Refunds may be requested for unused lessons purchased as part of a block booking.
9.2 Any refund will be calculated after deducting the value of lessons already taken at the standard lesson rate.
9.3 Refund requests must be submitted in writing(text message or email).
9.4 Refunds will normally be processed within 14 working days.
10.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10.2 Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
10.3 Lost or expired vouchers may not be replaced.
11.1 Infinity Driving School will collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
11.2 Personal information will be used solely for the administration of driving tuition services, legal compliance, and communication relating to your lessons.
11.3 We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.
12.1 Infinity Driving School maintains appropriate motor insurance for tuition purposes.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12.3 Infinity Driving School shall not be liable for losses arising from test cancellations, adverse weather, traffic conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or events outside our reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
